PURPOSE: A dual band power distributor and a fabricating method thereof are provided to control accurately each line impedance and phases by installing stubs at an input terminal and an output terminal of a branch line coupler, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A dual band power distributor includes a plurality of stubs. The stubs are installed at an input terminal and an output terminal of a branch line coupler. The stub has the predetermined width and the predetermined length. The stub is formed with a shape of I. The stub is wound around an inner side or an outer side of the branch line coupler. In a fabricating method, a seed metal layer is formed on a GaAs substrate. A photoresist mold is formed by using a photolithography method. A metal layer having high conductivity is formed thereon. The photoresist mold is removed therefrom and the seed layer is etched selectively. A metal ground part is formed at an opposite part of the GaAs substrate.
