PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for forming an image at high speed using toner are provided to promptly feed a sheet of paper next to another sheet of paper of small quantity, thereby forming an image at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A data receiving unit(30) receives an image transmitted from the outside for outputting the image data. A rendering unit(32) renders the image data inputted from the data receiving unit and outputs a result of the rendering. An image quantity deciding unit(34) decides the quantity of an image of each paper where the image is formed, and outputs the decided image quantity to the paper. A feeding point deciding unit(36) decides a feeding point to feed each paper from the image quantity, and outputs the feeding point.
