PURPOSE: A tray-locking device of a freight vehicle is provided to conveniently facilitate an open-and-close operation of a rear deck by opening and closing the rear deck in one-touch method by mounting the locking device in the center of the rear deck. CONSTITUTION: A device for locking a rear deck(21) of a freight vehicle is composed of the rear deck movably combined with the lower side of a tray of the freight vehicle by a hinge(23); a locking member(27) positioned in the center of the rear deck to rotate around a central shaft; a link bar(29) of which one end is combined to both left and right ends of the locking member by a pin, arranged at both sides of the locking member; a sliding member(31) of which one end is rotatively combined to the other end of the link bar and moving left and right according to the rotation of the locking member; a guide unit disposed to the rear deck with holding the movable direction of the sliding member; and a side deck(35) including a locking hole inserted with an outer end of the sliding member when the sliding member moves outward.
