PURPOSE: A portable communication device is provided to easily take a photograph of a subject by configuring a rotary hinge device so that the first and second housings rotate in all directions. CONSTITUTION: The first housing(20) is extended in a longitudinal direction, and has a rotary hinge device(40) at one end of the first housing(20), wherein the first housing(20) rotates right and left centering on the first hinge axis(A1) of the rotary hinge device. The second housing(30) is connected with the first housing(20) by the rotary hinge device(40), and rotates upward and downward centering on the second hinge axis(A2) of the rotary hinge device(40), and rotates right and left centering on the third hinge axis(A3). The rotary hinge device(40) connects the first housing(20) with the second housing(30), provides each hinge axis, and rotates right and left with the second housing centering on the first hinge axis(A1).
