FIELD: building industry, particularly for erecting new buildings or reconstructing existent buildings. ^ SUBSTANCE: set for house building comprises wooden posts formed of bars with inner metal cores. Each metal core is lined with wooden covering plates connected with metal core and with metal pins having orifices for connection member insertion. Set also has wooden beams, roof timbers, girders having metal cores of H section and guard panels, slabs and covering panels. Covering panels are made as wooden frame cells including longitudinal and transversal boards filled with heat-insulation material and having vapor seal. Wooden frame is located between two facing panels. Wooden frame boards are treated with wood preservative agent and with fire retardant agents and connected one to another by U-, T- or L-shaped metal members having the form of wooden frame. Metal members enclose boards from two sides thereof. Covering panels and slabs also have support metal plates connected to upper and lower U-, T- or L-shaped metal members near ends thereof. ^ EFFECT: increased assembling accuracy, improved strength. ^ 6 cl, 65 dwg
