FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises 65.8% sugar syrup, aqueous-alcoholic liquid, vitamin premix "GSVit-2" and yeast-free wheat loaf aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend in the following ratio of components per 1000 dal: vitamin complex "GSVit-2", 0.25-0.35 kg; yeast-free wheat loaf aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 1.6-2.5 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 17.0-17.5 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the blend strength 40%.
