FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating background and precancer diseases of uterine cervix at recovery period after local destruction. One should affect with low-intensity laser radiation of infrared spectrum at applying constant magnetic field of 25-40 mTl induction onto perineum along with intravaginal low-intensity laser radiation of infrared spectrum during the first 2 d after destruction at 1500 Hz modulation frequency, during the next days till the moment of scab detachment at 150 Hz modulation frequency. After purifying wound surface of uterine cervix one should affect with distance scanning irradiation NILI of red spectrum in case of output power of laser radiation to be 8-10 mW, spot's diameter at the end of a light guide to be 2-3 mm, and 28-168 sec exposure for pure wounds and 50-298 sec for purulent wounds depending upon the area of pathological section and character of wound process in uterine cervix.
