PURPOSE: A method for a P2P service of a mobile telephone and an apparatus thereof are provided to originate a new P2P model based on a mobile telephone IP service, and execute connection by a telephone number for an IP service. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs a telephone number of the other party in a mobile telephone of the user, and presses a button preliminarily set for Internet connection(S1,S2). The mobile telephone of the user obtains an IP(Internet Protocol) from a communication provider through PPP(Point-to-Point Protocol) connection, and reads an IP address of the other party corresponding to a telephone number of the other party from a web server(S3,S4). The user connects to a phone page of the mobile phone of the other party by using a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) as a telephone number of the other party, and a phone page initial menu is displayed on a screen of the user mobile terminal(S5,S6). If the user selects a menu, the corresponding information is displayed on the screen of the user mobile terminal(S7,S8).
