PURPOSE: An LCD device is provided to swing the first supply voltage by interworking with a common electrode voltage, and to relatively deteriorate stress caused by a drain-source voltage of a pull-down portion, thereby reducing a current of the pull-down portion as preventing characteristic deterioration. CONSTITUTION: A timing controller(300) supplies a vertical synchronizing signal and a scan start signal to a gate driving circuit(210). The first clock generator(430) supplies the first power clock to the gate driving circuit(210). The second clock generator(440) supplies the second power clock to the gate driving circuit(210). A common electrode voltage generator(450) supplies a common electrode voltage to an LCD panel(200). The common electrode voltage generator(450) is interworked with the first voltage generator(410), and synchronizes generation of the common electrode voltage and the first voltage.
