PURPOSE: An ultra low frequency generator having a function of interrupting electromagnetic waves is provided to prevent dispersion of a brain wave and synchronize an ultra low frequency according to a request of a user with the brain wave, thereby inducing a deep sleep and increasing the efficiency of study. CONSTITUTION: A ground detector(10) is formed of a connection jack used after confirming ground of a ground wire of a power supply outlet. An ultra low frequency generation control unit(20) generates ultra low frequency based on a detected ground point for inducing the same through a conductive substance(30) for inducing an ultra low frequency, and filters harmful electromagnetic waves to induce only necessary electromagnetic waves to the human body.
