SOLENOID SWITCH AND PLATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solenoid switch and a plating method thereof are provided to prevent a corrosion phenomenon and a weakening phenomenon of the adhesive strength by forming differently each plating layer of an adhesive surface and the remaining surface except for the adhesive surface. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid switch includes a frame, a permanent magnet, a coil part, and a movable section. The permanent magnet(140) is used for applying a magnetic characteristic to the frame(120). The coil part(110) is used for offsetting the magnetic force of the permanent magnet according to the intensity of current. The movable section(130) is coupled to the frame when the current is applied to the coil part. An anti-corrosion agent is plated on each surface of the frame and the movable section. The thickness of a plating layer of an adhesive part between the frame and the movable section is thinner than the thickness of each plating layer of the frame and the movable section.
