PURPOSE: A system and a method for supporting business using a mining technology are provided to help a business employee enhance a business result by extracting/offering an optimal customer group through an analysis of the correlation between customer characteristic and purchase power, and previously analyzing the purchase probability of the targeted customer. CONSTITUTION: A source database(103) stores the information related to the customer/goods. A mining system(101) analyzes the correlation between data by extracting/refining/converting the data of the source database, and generates a rule-set for the recommending customer. A business activity system(104) provides the information needed from the business activity and manages the business activity history information of the business employee by communicating with the business employee. A business employee database(105) stores the basic data and the business activity area data of the business employee. A latent customer database(106) stores the customer data randomly extracted from enterprises and individuals.
