PEPTIDES HAVING PROTECTED AMINES OF UNTARGETED SITES, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SPECIFICALLY CONJUGATED PEG PEPTIDES USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Peptides having protected amines of untargeted sites, a method for preparing the same peptides and a method for preparing specifically conjugated PEG peptides using the same peptides are provided, thereby improving the preparation yield of peptides having protected amines of untargeted sites, reducing the costs and steps for preparation of peptides, and inhibiting formation of by-products. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the peptides having protected amines of untargeted sites comprises the steps of: separately dividing amines of targeted sites and amines of untargeted sites into ivDde or Mtt and Boc and separately protecting them; and protecting N¬alpha-amine with Fmoc or Nsc. The method for preparing specifically conjugated PEG peptides comprises the steps of: (1) reacting the peptides having protected amines of untargeted sites with activated PEG; and (2) deprotecting the protected amine under acid-base deprotecting condition.
