PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a bulging accessory segment and its products are provided to secure that fusion or bonding assembling of segment body can be simultaneously carried out and that various kinds of accessory products, in which their filler are used as embossing and cushion means, can be mass-produced. CONSTITUTION: The products according to the method for manufacturing a bulging accessory segment are manufactured by using metal molding device consisting of a metal mold and a mold stool, and include a bulging accessory segment(60) manufactured by the metal molding device; and a filler filled in the inner part of the bulging accessory segment(60); wherein the one side of the bulging accessory segment(60) has a bulge-type swollen shape and the other side thereof has a horizontal shape. The method for manufacturing a bulging accessory segment includes; an arranging step to stack primary boards between the metal mold and the mold stool; a suction step to form a curved portion; and a bonding step to fuse the outlines of the primary board together. |
