PURPOSE: Provided is a device for molding an electrode terminal for a storage battery, which can precisely mold an electrode terminal by preventing vibration and migration of the terminal and relieving mechanical impact. CONSTITUTION: The device for molding an electrode terminal comprises a punch driving plate(4) equipped with a punch holder(11), an upper support plate(3) and a lower fixing plate(2) equipped with a pair of molds(20) assembled/disassembled by each cylinder(21). The punch driving plate(4) is operated upwardly/downwardly while being guided by a vertical guide member. The punch driving plate(4) is supported by a punch support plate(12) so as to be moved upwardly/downwardly while being drawn elastically by a vertical guide elastic drawing member. Additionally, a pair of stoppers(14) are mounted at the bottom of the punch support plate(12) in order to prevent the molds(20) from being retreated. Further, the molds(20) are guided linearly by a guide member.
