PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring property of rotating electromagnetic wave using electromagnetic field are provided to detect easily the property of the rotating electromagnetic wave from the physical world by using the reaction between the rotating electromagnetic wave and the electromagnetic field. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring property of rotating electromagnetic wave using electromagnetic field includes a permanent magnet(50) or an electromagnet, a fluxmeter, and an amperemeter. The permanent magnet or the electromagnet is used for forming the electromagnetic field. The fluxmeter(30) is used for measuring a variation of the electromagnetic field due to the electromagnetic waves generated from a generation source. The amperemeter(60) is used for converting the variation of the electromagnetic field to the variation of the current and measuring the variation of the current.
