PURPOSE: A hand wearing tool for jogging is provided to increase exercise effect by wearing the tool on hand when jogging or walking. CONSTITUTION: The hand wearing tool is formed with such a size to be holdable by hand, and comprises: a hand grip part(1) formed of a cylindrical center part(10) and end parts(20,30) extending from the center part(10) to cross sections becoming gradually smaller in width as proceeding to both opposite ends; and at least one finger insert part(2) formed on the outer periphery of the hand grip part(1).
