PURPOSE: A driver circuit of a DC-DC converter is provided to reduce the power consumption of a total system by performing a power recovery process within the DC-DC converter. CONSTITUTION: A driver circuit of a DC-DC converter includes an input power unit, an input capacitor, a transformer, a DC-DC converter module, and a power recovery unit. The input capacitor is connected in parallel to stabilize the input power unit. The transformer(210) is serially connected to the input power unit. The DC-DC converter module(100) is connected to a primary part of the transformer in order to perform a DC-DC transform process. The power recovery unit(200) is connected to a secondary part of the transformer in order to recover the output power of the input power unit.
