FIELD: heat-power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed heat exchanger has chambers, branch pipes, pipes and sealing units; heat exchanger consists of movable and immovable chambers with branch pipes connected to them and rigidly secured tubes; tubes are either finned or smooth; tubes inserted one into other are provided with sealing units; operation of heat exchanger is controlled by means of actuator through bracket secured to movable chamber.
