PURPOSE: An automatic flow system for detecting protein from a biological sample, which uses an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), is provided to reduce a series of procedures for protein detection into one automated step, thereby helping to save manual labor and time for obtaining experimental results. CONSTITUTION: The flow system for detecting protein from a biological sample comprises: a cartridge container; a cartridge comprising a fine flow channel; a compressed air reservoir which is connected to the compressed air inflow ends of each container through each valve(11); a buffer solution reservoir; and a sample detecting region which determines the degree of an antigen-antibody reaction in reaction regions by the degree of changes in color, wherein the cartridge container comprises: a sample container having a hydrophobic upper partition connected to a compressed air inflow end, a hydrophobic lower partition connected to a liquid outflow port and a liquid inflow port; a dye container; and a plurality of reference sample containers in which various samples having different known concentrations are contained respectively, and wherein the fine flow channel comprises: an inflow port that is connected to the liquid outflow port of each sample container and reference sample container; a sample reaction region and a plurality of reference sample reaction region, which comprise an antibody attached inside and liquid discharging part; and a dye/buffer solution inflow part.
