FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture from rod bent parts such as clamps for rail mounting. ^ SUBSTANCE: method realized in die set comprises steps of initially bending on mandrels end portions of blank; releasing them out of mandrels and then bending remaining part of blank; performing initial bending until formation of two loops by rolling around rod of pair of rollers moving along curvilinear paths; then fixing blank and bending two portions shifted to center of blank from portions bent beforehand in the same direction until formation of third loop. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method. ^ 8 cl, 1 ex, 11 dwg |
