PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing drawing a purchase article on a shop are provided to automatically perform the drawing of a premium and the discount for the buyers buying the articles by using the information for a sort, price, and a date of the article. CONSTITUTION: A control manager(20) includes an interface(24) for the communication with a packet based network and performs general operations for the purchase article drawing management. A homepage(22) provides a member connected through the packet based network with a purchase article drawing service including a drawing result view, a drawing article/target article inquiry, a sales state inquiry of each article, and a purchase article particulars inquiry. A database(26) is controlled by the control manager, and includes a registered shop management storage(28), a member purchase article management storage(30), an article drawing rule storage(32), an accumulated article sales storage(34), and an article drawing progress management storage(36).
