Selective herbicidal composition comprises N-(3-methoxy-4-methyl-5(4H)-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazolylcarbonyl)-2-trifluor omethoxy-benzenesulfonamide (I) as active herbicide and a pyrazole or triazole derivative (II). Selective herbicidal composition comprises N-(3-methoxy-4-methyl-5(4H)-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazolylcarbonyl)-2-trifluor omethoxy-benzenesulfonamide of formula (I) as active herbicide and a pyrazole or triazole derivative of formula (II). R32 = H or 1-8C alkyl (optionally substituted by 1-6C alkoxy or 3-6C alkenyloxy); and X1 = H or Cl. An Independent claim is also included for a method of selectively controlling broadleaf and grass weeds in crops, comprising treating the crops, their seeds or propagules or their growth area with (I) and (II). |
