The wagon has a chassis with back wheels (16) and a front directional wheel. A marker (21) supports a pulley and includes a vertical turret (1) fixed on a beam (18) of the chassis. A masts (20) foot has guides of which one situated on left with link to the beam and the other on the right. Each guide has an opening in a widening form in an upper part. A part of a horizontal axis is fixed between a back axle and the turret.
