PURPOSE: A fixing device for a seat belt is provided to safely protect a passenger lying on the seat in a car crash by inserting the seat belt between a plate and a cover. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for a seat belt is composed of a plate(10) coupled to one side of a seat, a cover(20) rotatably coupled to the plate by a hinge, and the seat belt inserted between the plate and the cover. The plate includes a coupling unit(12) and support units(13,13') having a through hole(14). A protrusion(21) is formed at the lower part of the cover, and is disposed between the support units. A hinge hole(22) is formed at the protrusion.
