PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent reversing of a wall charge by supplying a reinforced pulse after a reset period. CONSTITUTION: An energy withdrawal circuit(41) supplies a sustain pulse having a sustain voltage during a sustain period. A set-up providing unit(45) supplies a rising ramp wave to a plurality of scan electrodes during a reset period. A scan voltage providing unit(43) provides a scan pulse to one of the scan electrodes during an address period. A scan reference voltage providing unit(44) provides a scan reference voltage to the remaining of the scan electrodes to which the scan pulse is not provided during the address period. During a period between the address period and the reset period, the set-up providing unit supplies a reinforced pulse to the scan electrodes. The reinforced pulse has a slop identical to that of the rising ramp wave.
