The device has a fixation rib (7) extending angularly by a locking branch (8) directed towards a fixation rib (7). The rib (7) has a blocking groove (9) to receive a free end (10) of the branch at force, when the ribs are introduced in a clipping rail (3) to exert a force on the ribs. The branch has a part projecting towards an exterior to exert a constraint to the rails internal part to provoke locking of fixation. The clipping rail is integrated to an edge of a shelf, and the two elastically deformable longitudinal fixation ribs are integrated to a label-holder and stretched obliquely in opposite directions. The force is exerted on the ribs to move each fixation rib. An Independent claim is also included for a label-holder.
