DRAWN PIPE USING STITCH MAT OF REINFORCED FIBER GLASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A drawn pipe using a stitch mat of a reinforced fiber glass and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to integrally form the stitch mat with a roving using resin to manufacture the drawn pipe. CONSTITUTION: A stitch mat(20) winds around a rail(50) to be drawn by a first forming guide(60). A roving(30) impregnated into a compound is interposed onto the stitch mat to be drawn by a second forming guide(70). A second stitch mat is installed at the second forming guide to attach the roving impregnated into the compound to the stitch mat to be drawn by a third forming guide(90). A third stitch mat is installed at the third forming guide to integrally form three of the stitch mats with the roving to be drawn at a heated die(80). The three layered stitch mat is heated to impregnate the roving into the stitch mats.
