Object recognition and reproduction process for e.g. field of water surfing, involves reconstituting data relative to real outline of object using data relative to objects section thickness measurement, photography and software algorithm

The process involves measuring maximum thickness of a section of an object by the displacement along Y axis of a pointed luminous laser ray. Photography of an image of luminous feature is projected on the object and the section profile is joined based on the feature. The data relative to a real outline of the object is reconstituted using the data relative to the thickness measurement, photography and software algorithm. An Independent claim is also included for a device for implementing the process of recognition and reproduction of object.
