PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a dynamic absorber for an optical recording/reproducing device is provided to exactly guide a coupled position of a dynamic absorber plate to a sled base by guide projections, and to prevent the coupled position from being scattered while coupling with screws, thereby reducing an assembling time. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic absorber(120) comprises as follows. A coupled position of a dynamic absorber rubber(122) is fixed by plural guide projections(110b) protruded on a sled base(110), and the dynamic absorber rubber(122) is coupled by a screw(123). A dynamic absorber plate(121) is spaced from the sled base(110) at certain intervals by the dynamic absorber rubber(122). A burring process is performed for the guide projections(110b), so that the guide projections(110b) can be protruded in cylinder shape around a screw coupling hole(110a) pierced to couple the dynamic absorber rubber(122).
