POWDERED PAINT COMPOSITION FOR FORMING MULTI-COLORED PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A powdered paint composition is provided to form a three-dimensional and irregular pattern having multi-color while maintaining physical properties of the film, to improve the productivity and to be environmental-friendly. CONSTITUTION: The powdered paint composition comprises a base paint and a powdered patterning color paint, and is manufactured by adding two or more powdered patterning color paint to a base paint and mixing them until a homogeneous paint composition is obtained. The base paint includes a polyester resin having a functional carboxyl group and a cellulose ester-based compound as an additive to form a three-dimensional pattern. The powdered patterning color paint uses a polyester resin of the same type as the resin used in the base paint and an acrylic- or silicone-based surface tension lowering agent. The viscosity of polyester in the powdered patterning color paint is lower than that of polyester in the base paint.
