PURPOSE: A portable wireless terminal having a flip for opening/shutting a display device is provided to open/shut a display device by using a flip, and to install a receiving portion on the flip, in order to sufficiently obtain a spaced distance between a transmitting portion and the receiving portion, thereby contributing to a terminal miniaturization. CONSTITUTION: A body(101) installs a display device(111) on a front side, forms a keypad(113) as a data input unit in a lower part of the display device(111), and disposes a transmitting portion(115) below the body(101). Side hinge arms(117a,117b) are formed on both sides of the body(101). A camera lens unit(103) is installed on an outer side of the side hinge arm(117b). A center hinge arm(123a) corresponding to the side hinge arms(117a,117b) is comprised on a lower end of a flip(102). While the center hinge arm(123a) is rotatively coupled between the side hinge arms(117a,117b), the flip(102) rotates at a rotational shaft 'A'. When the flip(102) rotates, the display device(111) is open/shut.
