The system has a container (18) with a recipient including an orifice (17), whose faces have holes (19) allowing milk powder to flow from a refill (20) in to the container, when a cover is pierced. A spout having a diameter lesser than that of a feeding bottle opening, pours the powder into the bottle. A cap and a cork protect the respective orifice and spout. A handle holds the container, and the refill is fixed on the orifice.
