The device has a displacement reel (2) equipped with an opening (3), where the displacement takes place on rails (4) in a dark tunnel (6). A spectator (1) looks at zones of images (5a, 5c, 5e), each intercepted by no image zone (5b, 5d). A structure is accompanied by a system of lighting to fix images. The spectator has an illusion of animation of these fixed images with retinal persistence at a predefined speed.
