The device has an insulating module (12) with a magnetic core (20) and extending between two walls to delimit a closed circulation loop from a heat transfer fluid. Upper and lower canals (32, 34) are formed between the core and the upper piece, and between the core and the lower piece, respectively. An irradiative unit prevents heat transfer by radiation between the walls, through the canals.
