PURPOSE: A mounting structure of an engine for a vehicle is provided to install easily by containing the load insulator with a cap-type engine mounting bracket without press-fitting, to improve working efficiency by assembling a bolt and a nut vertically, and to damp vibration by forming cut portions in the load insulator. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle is composed of a cross member(30); a load insulator(130) mounted in the cross member; a protruded insulator(140) protruded upward in the load insulator; a bolt(150a) integrally formed in the protruded insulator and protruded upward; a cap-type engine mounting bracket(120) combined with the cross member by containing the load insulator to expose the protruded insulator; an engine bracket(110) loaded in the protruded insulator with inserting the bolt; and a nut(150b) combined with the nut.
