摘要 PURPOSE: An electronic brake system by using magnetic force in a vehicle is provided to improve responsiveness by braking with magnetic force, to reduce development period by reducing the number of parts with simple layout, and to increase braking torque by generating braking force far from the rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION: An electronic brake system(10) by using magnetic force is composed of a disk(20) installed in a hub of a vehicle and rotated with a tire(52); a cylinder(21) installed with surrounding the circumference of the disk; an electromagnet(30) having an iron core(31) installed in the radial direction of the cylinder and a coil(32) winding on the iron core; a control unit(40) controlling current applied to the electromagnet; and a pedal unit(50) actuating the control unit. Braking force is generated by induction current and magnetic force of the electromagnet, and formed in the surface of the cylinder. Braking torque is controlled by regulating the magnetic force with controlling current to the coil.
