PURPOSE: A urinal with an ultraviolet sterilizer is provided to use the toilet conveniently and sanitarily by disinfecting the seat of a bidet, and the inside and the outside of the urinal with the ultraviolet sterilizer. CONSTITUTION: A seat(18) is installed at a side of a urinal(1), and an ultraviolet sterilizer(9) is installed inside the seat. A steam fumigator(10), an air conditioner(11), and a far infrared ray generator(12) are installed around the ultraviolet sterilizer. Holes(8) are formed in the seat to ventilate air and steam. Air is streamed by a blower(14), and an automatic opening and closing unit(15) is controlled by an artificial intelligence computer(5). The lid opens automatically when the user approaches the urinal, and the units operate by an operation detecting sensor(6). The lid is closed automatically after stool by the operation detecting sensor, and the ultraviolet sterilizer, the steam fumigator, a fragrance generator(2), an air cleaner(3), the air conditioner and the far infrared ray generator are operated automatically.
