PURPOSE: An internet access interrupting or controlling software is provided to enable a user to make an access to the internet for a set period and isolate the access to the internet if set time has passed, and to make or prevent an access to a specific web site. CONSTITUTION: The software comprises an internet access interrupt module and an internet access controlling module. The internet access interrupt module enables a user to make an access to the internet for a set period. The internet access controlling module enables a user to make an access to specific web sites or prevents an access to specific web sites.
