The chassis has a spring blade in U shape with three units namely an upper plate (1), a lower plate (2) and a front side which is joined between the plates at front of the chassis. Back parts of upper (8) and lower (9) plates are free in such a way that weight of a user on a seat (4) and a back (5) of the chassis allows vertical and elastic movement of a back of the upper part (1) to absorb shocks during movement.
