PURPOSE: A structure for a partition of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) backlight panel and a PDP(Plasma Display Panel) and a forming method therefor are provided to easily produce lower glass substrates of the LCD backlight panel and the PDP in large quantities. CONSTITUTION: A mica plate is formed on lower glass substrates of an LCD backlight panel and a PDP. A partition is formed on the lower glass substrates of the LCD backlight panel and the PDP in various types using mica plates with various thickness. The mica plate adheres to the lower glass substrate using a binder ceramic glass adhesive.
