PURPOSE: A tire wheel with a nonrotatable signboard is provided to maximize the advertisement effect by stopping the signboard for displaying the advertising description or logo efficiently in rotating the tire wheel during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A signboard(40) is mounted in a wheel cap(30) installed around a tire wheel(20), and stopped by the same polarity magnetic force to display the logo or the advertisement printed on the signboard. A signboard rotation restricting apparatus comprises a rotating shaft(60) rotated and installed to the center of the wheel cap by a bearing(50), the signboard combined with the end of the rotating shaft with printing the log or the advertising description thereon, and magnetic bodies(70) mounted in the outer periphery of the wheel cap and the inner periphery of the signboard to push the signboard outward with the same polarity.
