PURPOSE: A DCR(Direct Conversion Receiver) having a compensation function for a phase and gain mismatch is provided to control a phase/gain mismatch of a poly-phase filter or a phase/gain mismatch of a mixer and an orthogonal phase mixer, thereby removing or minimizing a phase/gain mismatch of the DCR. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(120) converts an RF signal into a differential signal. A poly-phase filter(130) receives the differential signal, and generates a positive phase differential signal and an orthogonal phase differential signal. A mixer portion(140) mixes the positive phase differential signal with the first and second local oscillating signals, and filters the mixed signals at low band. Orthogonal phase mixer portions(143,144) mix the orthogonal phase differential signal with the first and third local oscillating signals, and filter the mixed signals at low band. A mismatch estimator(190) estimates a phase mismatch of the poly-phase filter(130) or a phase mismatch of the mixer portion(140) and the orthogonal phase mixer portions(143,144).
