CRM METHOD THROUGH POINT LINKAGE BETWEEN TERMINAL AND WEB DATABASE

PURPOSE: A CRM(Customer Relationship Management) method through the point linkage between a terminal and a web database is provided to increase the intimacy with a customer and a purchase desire to buy a product offering the same value added server on a replacement market by using a point accumulation system while no rate is charged by using the TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol). CONSTITUTION: A terminal user accumulates the point in the terminal by using an embedded application such as a game. If the embedded program is terminated, the accumulated point is stores in a security memory of the terminal. If the terminal user updates the accumulated point to the web database, the terminal user connects to a PC link application and the PC link application connects to a system server(S301). The point stored in the security memory is encrypted and the encrypted point is transmitted to the system server through the PC link application(S302). The system server decrypts the encrypted data and updates a customer database with the decrypted point(S303).
