The device has a transfer block (3) with two pairs of needles (4,5,6,7) inserted across stopper of respective recipients. An internal canal directly couples a needle (4) to needle (6). Another internal canal couples the needle (5) to an inverse side of a pipette. A third internal canal couples the needle (7) to a suction side of the pipette having suction and inversion valves to enable liquid transfer between the recipients.
