PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for preventing a system error by realizing stable execution of a plurality of programs, the processor being capable of realizing simplification of restoration work from system error. SOLUTION: In the information processor 1 provided with a plurality of programs for predetermined processes and carrying out the control of the programs, each program executes an activation request for activating another program that is not activated, and/or a termination request for terminating another program that has activated itself. It is also provided with an activation/termination executing means (a CPU and an inter-process communication server 42) for receiving the activation request from the one program (a task selection program 43) to activate the other program (a download execution program 44) that is not activated, and receiving the termination request from the other program (the download execution program 44) activated by the activation request to terminate the one program (the task selection program 43).
