PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for growing mushrooms in which mushrooms are simply grown in a short period of time, until they can be harvested at home. SOLUTION: This mushroom cultivation method is carried out through the following steps: (1) the mycelial thread inoculation and culture medium formation step 6 where mushroom mycelia are inoculated to prepare the culture medium; (2) the half-growth culture step 9 where the mushrooms are grown in the factory 7 until such a level of the grown mushrooms can be harvested at home after the cultivation for 5-20 days 8; (3) the step where the mushrooms to be soon harvested soon are grown 16 where cultivation chambers 13 are formed with a transparent bag made of a synthetic resin and the mushrooms are grown therein at 15-20°C and 90-95% relative humidity for harvesting at home.
