<p>The invention relates to the gelatinisation of liquid viscous, aqueous or hydroalcoholic buffered or not buffered compounds used for producing films for soft capsules. Said compounds are characterised in that the gelatinisation thereof is obtained at any time from thickening agents which exhibit an instant gelatinisation property when contact complex-forming agents. The elasticity of the thus obtained films enables them to contain oily and/ or aqueous solutions by introducing or not introducing plasticizers, by controlling the separation thereof by incorporating or not a surface active agent or polysaccharide and by adding or not a preservative for ensuring the preservation thereof. Said invention also relates to a method for producing films for the capsules consisting in gelifying said films by applying a complex-forming agent to the mass by spraying or soaking. The invention can be used for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and dietetics.</p> |
