PURPOSE: A telematics terminal having an echo and noise removing function is provided to remove an echo and noise by using two microphones attached to the telematics terminal, thereby preventing the noise from incoming to the telematics terminal. CONSTITUTION: A DSP chip(30) is configured within a TCU(Transmission Control Unit) board(20) of a telematics terminal(10). The first A/D converter(40) is connected to the DSP chip(30). The first microphone(50) is connected to the first A/D converter(40), and is used to recognize a voice and perform a hands-free function. The second A/D converter(60) is connected to the DSP chip(30). The second microphone(70) is connected to the second A/D converter(60), and is used for removing an echo and noise.
