<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a dark spot in an organic light emitting device laminating a lower electrode, an organic compound layer, and an upper electrode on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The upper electrode of an organic EL device comprises a laminated layer having at least a first conductive inorganic membrane 32, a conductive organic membrane 33, and a second conductive inorganic membrane 34, to suppress occurrence of a pin hole of the upper electrode, which can be a core of a dark spot, where the pin hole indicates a hole in the upper electrode, passing through the lower organic compound layer and the upper atmospheres layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
